It should be made a criminal offence for people to take pictures of a crime scene (excluding journalists and investigators of course), especially if there are deceased persons involved. It’s sad that my country is just full of uncivilised people even after countless movements, influences to promote and advocate it. Singaporeans complain of uncivilised foreigners.
